Mother Nature was kind to us today; a few sprinkles and some wind to keep us on our toes, but we were able to complete the round and have sun for the post-round BBQ.

Competition today was stiff, leading to an 11-11 tie, but Team Blue’s day 1 lead of 7-5 made the difference and so the Blues were victorious. Congratulations to captain John Reagan and Team Blue: Bill Moreland, Bill Murphy, Carl Gonzalez, Don Selsky, Ken Kennedy, Paul Thompson, Steve Keeler, Tom Fanning, Tom Neiss & Warren Winslow. And kudos to “my” guys on Team Red for your efforts: Dave Barcomb, Jason Wood, John Wimmer, Ken Sanford, Mike Nardolillo, Rob Helm, Sean McKenna, Tom Catchpole, Tom Passineau & Tony Spulnick.

In closing, I’d like to thank Yvette and her staff at The Nines, Herb, Casey & Joe in the Pro Shop, John Reagan and Mike Nardolillo for all of your help, all of the guys who pitched in to lend a hand this weekend (especially Tom P., Murph, Sean, Don & Bill; if I missed anyone, please accept my apologies!) and, of course, our resident photographer Steve Keeler.
