2024 17th Annual Amy Fey Women’s Ryder Cup Recap
First, I would like to give a big Thank You to our Captains; Red Team Captains: Casey Vattimo, Kim Oppelt, Reenie Leonard & Blue Team Captains: Sandy DerGurahian & Susan Murphy for another successful Ryder Cup. We didn’t have the best weather, but we made the best of it (yes, even me who hates playing in the rain). A lot of planning and execution goes into running these tournaments. We had 32 players of our 51 members. Next year, hopefully more will be able to join in the golf, fun, food and shenanigans. Although the Blue Team was victorious, the Red Team had the most red balls left at the end.

2024 Men’s Ryder Cup Recap
8/4/24 – Well, Mother Nature certainly ”messed” with us this weekend: rain on Saturday followed by sunshine, then RAIN on Sunday followed by eventual sunshine. Regardless, it’s safe to say that in the end we all had fun anyway. This year Team White came away with the victory, despite the valiant efforts of Team Blue; the final score was 26-18. As always, the best part was the post-tourney comradery with the members of both teams, followed by a tasty meal with the Ladies Ryder Cup teams. Thanks go to team captains Steve Keeler (Team White), John Reagan (Team Blue), along with Dave Barcomb (get well soon Dave!) and president Ken Kennedy.
